Antioch, California

Antioch is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Antioch’s communities are located along the San Joaquin River and Antioch has a municipal marina.  Antioch is known to be one of the oldest town’s in California it was founded in 1850 one year after the discovery of gold.  Not only gold was discovered near Antioch, but also coal in 1859, copper in 1863 and petroleum in 1865.  CA-4 and CA-160 are two of Antioch’s major roads.
